Results of the Evaluation

Over the course of 2019, the Institute for Advanced Studies in Vienna (IHS) was evaluated by a group of top-class experts (see below), following the decision by the IHS Board of Trustees. Its purpose was to determine to which extent the institute's Mission Statement from 2015 has been implemented, and to collect insights for further improvement.

The chair of the evaluation Panel, Prof. Dr. Achim Wambach, President of the Leibniz Centre for European Economic Research in Mannheim, presented key results of the evaluation on 21. January 2020. The evaluation report is now publicly availabe.
