Team: Angela Wroblewski, Victoria Englmaier
Duration: 2021–2023
Funding: BMBWF – Bundesministerium für Bildung, Wissenschaft und Forschung
Cooperation: Anke Lipinsky – GESIS (www.gesis.org), Birgit Buchinger – Solution (www.solution.co.at)

The aim of the project is to design a monitoring system that focuses on the implementation of the HSK recommendations and supports the initiated process of broadening gender competence in higher education processes through an evidence-based presentation of the implementation of the recommendations. This presentation is intended to provide an overview of activities undertaken to broaden gender competence in higher education processes as well as to allow the identification of corresponding developments over time. The project is based on the assumption that cultural change in higher education institutions requires the creation of structures for gender equality, the development and implementation of concrete measures and the development of gender competence among all university staff.
