The in-depth analysis of the gender pay gap at the University of Continuing Education Krems aims to make structural income differences visible and thus create a basis for continuous gender equality monitoring and gender equality measures. For the analysis we use both descriptive methods to compare different income and employment groups as well as decomposition methods of the unadjusted pay gap.
