Gender equality has become a strategic issue at Wien Holding since 2015. IHS supports this process, among other things, by implementing a gender equality report. The Gender Equality Report 2021 continues the reporting for the years 2019 to 2021. Gender monitoring forms the basis for improving gender equality of the approximately 75 companies with around 3,000 employees.
