The Graduate Impact Survey (GIS) is conducted yearly amongst alumni of Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degree (EMJMD) programs. In those highly internationalized Master courses, mobile students from the EU as well as from numerous Non-EU partner countries attend semesters at two to four universities across different countries. The GIS aims to determine the impacts of participating in these programs on career development, competencies and skills and personal growth of its graduates. Additionally, it serves as an instrument to further improve the framework for those Master programs. In the 2020 implementation of the GIS, more detailed questions on the current career situation and the ongoing interaction with places and persons graduates got to know during their EMJMD were added, offering more detailed insight on the long-term effects of attending those programs.
