The Austrian wine industry was not to be underestimated for the Austrian economy. The purchase and supply structures of the wine industry are very diverse. Considering Austrian wine tourism, events and training it is to be assumed that it creates an important contribution to the Austrian economy in terms of value added, employment and tax revenues.
