  • Thomas Davoine hat einen Abschluss in Mathematik von der Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (Schweiz), einen Master in Operations Research von der Rutgers University (USA) und ein PhD in Ökonomie von der Universtität St. Gallen (Schweiz). Von 2012 bis 2020 war er Senior Researcher am IHS; davor arbeitete er acht Jahre im Bereich Projektmanagement und Consulting und beriet internationale zwischenstaatliche Organisationen, den öffentlichen Sektor sowie die Bankenbranche. Seit Sommer 2020 ist er Fellow des IHS. In seiner akademischen und angewandten Forschung fokussiert er sich auf Öffentliche Finanzen, Makroökonomie und Arbeitsmarkt.
