Katarína Gajdošová is a Staff Scientist at the Competence Center Survey Research and joined IHS in September 2025. She holds a Master’s degree in Sociology from Comenius University in Bratislava and completed postgraduate training in social science research (SoQua, Vienna).

Before joining IHS, Katarína worked as a Senior Data and Policy Analyst at the Institute for Social Policy at the Slovak Ministry of Labour, focusing on administrative data on social benefits and services, as well as research on early education and alternative care. She also gained experience in large-scale survey research at Kantar, specializing in data processing and automation.

Her research interests include survey methodology, data integration, and the use of administrative and survey data for evidence-based policy.
