  • Tereza is a junior researcher in the Skill Demand during Structural Change research group at IHS, where she has been working since October 2025. She holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and a master’s degree in statistics, and is currently pursuing a PhD in economics at Johannes Kepler University Linz. Previously, she interned at the Council of Education and the Ministry of Education of Portugal and later worked as a policy analyst at the Slovak Ministry of Labor, Social Affairs, and Family.

Her research interests lie at the intersection of labor and education economics. Her work primarily focuses on how technological and demographic changes are reshaping labor markets and the implications of these transformations for education and training policies. In this context, she is interested in how changing labor market dynamics influence social and regional inequalities and in exploring mechanisms that strengthen workers' adaptability. Additionally, she studies the causes and consequences of mismatches between workers’ skills and job requirements.
