  • Tereza is a junior researcher in the Skill Demand during Structural Change research group at IHS, where she has been working since October 2025. She holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and a master’s degree in statistics. Currently, she is pursuing a PhD in economics at Johannes Kepler University Linz. Tereza was previously a policy analyst at the Slovak Ministry of Labor, Social Affairs, and Family, and during her master's, she interned at the Council of Education and the Ministry of Education of Portugal.

Her research interests lie at the intersection of labor and education economics. Her work primarily focuses on how demographic trends and technological change are reshaping the labor market, and what are the implications for education and training policies. In this context, she looks at ways to strengthen the resilience of the economy and its workers. Additionally, she studies the causes and consequences of mismatches between workers’ skills and job requirements.
