Katarina Spoljaric joined the IHS in November 2022 as a research assistant in the Education and Employment group (EQUI). Previously, she completed a bachelor's degree in Sociology at the University of Vienna. Her passion lies in understanding the complexities of a social transformation towards more social equality.
