Last week the biannual conference by the International Long Term Care Policy Network (ILPN) on Evidence-based Policy in Long-term Care took place from September 10th-12th at the Vienna University of Economics and Business in Vienna for the fifth time. The biennial ILPN conferences aim to bring together participants from adademica, policy and practice to exchange new evidence, ideas, policy approaches, innovations and challenges in the field of long-term care. IHS was represented by Markus Kaus, who held a presentation on the comparative analysis of 17 integrated care programmes for multi-morbidity and Monika Riedel, who held a presentation on medical care in nursing homes from an international point of view.
