Wolfgang Schwarzbauer joined the Department for Economics and Finance in 2005.
His main research areas are
- Applied Econometrics, especially Macroeconometrics,
- Regional Modelling and
- Macroeconomic Forecasting.
Since October 2011 he is Head of Department for Economics and Finance, Applied Research Group (jointly with A. Schnabl), being responsible for Applied Research projects at the IHS.
