The scientific programm is now complete.
The program includes a range of empirical and theoretical papers dealing with the effects of personal income taxes on household and firm behavior. The conference presents new research on the effects of personal income taxes on labor supply, household savings, portfolio choice, tax evasion and the elasticity of taxable income. It also considers the impact of dividend, capital gains and corporate taxes on investment and other firm behavior.
